Remote Online Notarization Fee
$40
/Starting Fee
- includes the notarization and secure online processing. $15.00 for each additional signature

- Submit payment, Payment is required before your session is confirmed.
- Prepare your document: * Have your document ready to upload or send in advance * Do not sign it ahead of time
- Have a valid photo ID (Driver’s license, state ID, or passport — must be current)
- Join your session * You will receive a secure link through Proof * Join from a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and internet access
- Complete identity verification You may be asked to answer security questions or scan your ID
- Sign during the session You will sign electronically while I witness and notarize your document
- Remote notarizations are performed in accordance with Tennessee law. Please confirm that your receiving agency will accept a remote notarization before booking.
